Wedding Rental (Includes)

One Day & One Night $1650.00 / Two Day & Two Nights $2500.00

Full use of Venue from 8am till midnight

The Presidential Suite *Check In at 2pm *Check Out by 11am

Initial set up of tables & chairs

Chairs to seat a maximum of 100 for ceremony

Tables and chairs to seat a maximum of 90 guest for dinner/reception 

Extra tables available for food, gifts, cakes etc.….

Linen tablecloths (white, burlap or black)

Lanterns with glass globes to use for centerpieces (flowers not included)

Full Kitchen and drink dispensers

By The Hour Rental

Sunday through Thursday – 3 hours minimum @ $125/hr

Fridays – 4 hours minimum @ $135/hr

Saturdays – 5 hours minimum @ $150/hr

Each additional hour - $100

Linen tablecloths - $12 each per table / Cloth napkins $3 each

Cleaning fee – 125.00
